We have sourced our Tequilas and Mezcals from some of the most environmentally sound distilleries across Mexico, selecting only those that give back to the land that produces these beautiful agave spirits.
ZERO WASTE EFFORTS
We have made it Carmen’s mission to create a cocktail menu that is as close to zero-waste as possible and our dedication to sustainability has led us to embrace different techniques. From this we can reduce our reliance on energy intensive food production methods as well as transport in turn reducing our overall carbon footprint. To support our efforts, we are dedicated to exploring new techniques for upcycling ingredients, with the goal of achieving 100% zero-waste.
